I'm Caroline - a multidisciplinary creative working across graphic design, illustration, and poetic art.
With over a decade of experience as a graphic designer, I’ve developed a strong foundation in branding, visual identity, editorial design, and digital content. I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across New Zealand, Australia, the UK, and Brazil, adapting to a range of industries and cultural contexts. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and rooted in storytelling, whether I’m building a brand from scratch or shaping visual assets for a marketing campaign.
Alongside my design career, I run Dressed by Poetry, an illustration-led art project that blends drawing, poetry, and sustainability. Through it, I explore how images and words can inhabit reclaimed materials, from hand-painted second-hand garments to resin artworks layered with fragments of verse. It’s a more personal, tactile extension of my creative voice, where I let intuition and emotion guide the process.
Whether I’m working with a business on a strategic design project or crafting a one-of-a-kind object through Dressed by Poetry, my intention is the same: to create something meaningful, lasting, and visually powerful.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me kayaking on a sunny day, walking along the beach, playing board games with friends, or giving all my love to my dog, Polenta.
